During his 30 year marine industry career Andrea Nicolai collaborated with many internationally renowned shipyards in Italy and the US, immersed in both shipyard organization and the production process itself of large motor yachts. He is well known and highly regarded as one of the most skilled yacht and ship builders working today. His marine engineering background keeps all systems firmly in mind when his vessels are in production. He is knowledgeable in both fiberglass and metal construction practices.

He has served in managerial positions overseeing production at many yards, launching several luxury yachts from 40m to 58m.

Olga Giannaccini
Technical & Commercial Director

Olga Giannaccini has worked in the technical engineering departments of many shipyards building large motor and sail yachts as well as shipyards involved in the construction of commercial ships up to 180m. She has deep and broad expertise in the management of yacht design activities and the organizational abilities and knowledge base to manage shipyard business operations at every level.

Over the last ten years she has collaborated with several leading Italian and European shipyards. She has expanded her capabilities by branching out to master other marine related subjects like marine transports, yacht appraisal and the contractual and legal issues involved in yacht building and refitting.
